Try the following tips in the process to help you get over that postpartum depression.

1. Motivate Yourself

Eat dinner out with your partner, take a nap, take a long bath, make yourself apriority sometimes, and spend your time in knowledge section of ‘Dream Child Parenting Mobile Application’. This is also necessary.

2. Dress up your Baby

Baby wearing can improve both your and your baby's moods. (Babies who are worn more often cry less, which is a joyful act.)

3. Feel Sad and Smile

6. Decrease your Expectations

Overly high expectations will result in disappointment for both you and your mood. Do your best instead, which may not be as good as you'd like at this stage but is still acceptable.

7. Look Gorgeously

It sounds strange, but it is true. Spend some time on yourself so that your mind feels good. Take a bath and wear clean clothes. Set your hair. Do some makeup by hiding blemishes with herbal concealer.

8. Leave your House

It's remarkable how a change of scenery can improve your mood. Try to leave the house with the baby at least once each day by going for a walk, shopping, or just meeting up for coffee with friends.
