Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager is a key member of the organization's Human Resources team, responsible for overseeing and implementing various HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives. and plays plays a crucial role in positive work environment, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Facilitate effective communication between management and employees concerns and maintain a harmonious work environment
Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Develop and update HR policies, procedures
Collaborate with legal counsel when needed to address HR-related legal matters
HR Analytics and Reporting on HR metrics

Skills Must Have

Minimum 4+ Years Experience as a HR manager or a similar role
Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
