Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager is a key member of the organization's Human Resources team, responsible for overseeing and implementing various HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives. and plays plays a crucial role in positive work environment, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication between management and employees concerns and maintain a harmonious work environment
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Develop and update HR policies, procedures
  • Collaborate with legal counsel when needed to address HR-related legal matters
  • HR Analytics and Reporting on HR metrics

Skills Must Have

  • Minimum 4+ Years Experience as a HR manager or a similar role
  • Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
