1. What are the Best Days for Conception?
When you have regular periods:
You have one week in each month when your chances of getting pregnant are highest. Here is the information about how many days you can have sex according to your estimated period cycle.
For example: If you have a 26-day MC cycle, and you get MC on date 3 july, skip 8 days from the day your period starts, means skip date 3 to 10 july and have sex the next 7 days, means on 11 to 17 july.
If you confuse about this calculation, you can skip 8 days from the day your periods started and have sex in the 12 days after that. This is a common timing fit for all lady with regular MC.
When you haven’t regular Periods:
When your periods were became irregular due to some reason or are already irregular then do not worry.
Consult your gynecologist who will give you information about your fertile period and the exact ovulation time calculated with an ovulation kit or sonography so that you can get pregnant by having sex on those days.
2. What is the Best Season for Conception?
According to Ayurveda, Hemant and Shishir Ritu (Season) are the preferable time for Conception.
Note: As per Ayurveda, for conception, 3 dosha’s (vata-pit-kaf’s) proper balance must be needed in the body of husband & wife. Otherwise, the best season can’t help for the best conception. And if these 3 Dosas are under control, you may have sex in any season during the year for conception.
3. What is the Best Time for a Conception?
According to Ayurveda, the time of sunrise & sunset are not suitable for mating.
According to Ayurveda, in the best season, when both have a healthy body and mind, it is more appropriate to inseminate between 4 to 6 in the morning or 9 to 11 at night.
4. What days are not suitable for a Conception?
According to Ayurveda, the Sun & the moon also affect our bodies in ways of good& bad. So Tithis of Amas (no moon), Poonam (full moon),Eclipse, Adhikamas, Shraddha paksha, etc are not good for Conception. This may affects the health of the unborn child.
