Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular audits of financial processes and procedures to identify and address discrepancies or inefficiencies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.
• Support external audits and regulatory inspections as needed.

Skills Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred
• Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and integrity in financial transactions.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
• 3 Years Experience as an accountant and similar role.
